Happy Birthday Donnie!

43 years ago on this day… oops I meant 40 years ago on this day, Donnie Walhberg was born and who knew that by the year 2012 he would grow to be a member of one of the most successful boy bands in history, an incredible actor, and just a good man.  As you may know, I have a special love for Donnie Walhberg that began some years ago after I discovered New Kids on the Block.  This admiration for Mr. Walhberg only grew more after he tweeted me and followed me on Twitter.  Now, it’s so strong that I swear that man has some angel wings somewhere!  Honestly though, he’s a great guy.  I’ve never seen, read, or heard anything about him that can cast him as a Hollywood jerk.  He encourages optimism and positivity in his own life and the lives of others.  Instead of putting others down, he tries to motivate them.  He has been known to turn to humor as a remedy for life’s bad medicine.  Donnie Walhberg simply takes everything in stride and you’ve got to love the guy for that.  I’ve never officially met Donnie, but I’ve been close enough to see what kind of person he is and I can tell you that he truly deserves a wonderful birthday.  He has created a wonderful legacy for himself that only continues to get better and I am so thankful to be able to watch.

So, with that being said, happy birthday Donnie Walhberg!
